In March, Welding II class at Page County Technical Center began wrapping up their certifications. As the students finished, they were allowed to move on to their class project. This year, the class project is a reverse flow BBQ Smoker with the student's full input on the design of the project. This is the beginning stage, as we cleaned the tank that was donated to us by Atlantic Tank Containment in McGaheysville, VA. Students measured the opening for the doors and grills, and used the Oxy Fuel Cutting Process to cut the door openings. Of course, once the doors were cut out and cooled, the students had to hop in and "Sail On" with the project!
