We are excited to continue to build out our 1:1 initiative allowing PCPS to put a Chromebook device in the hands of students in grades 3 - 5. The goal of getting devices into grades 3 - 5 students’ hands will allow PCPS teachers to provide engaging learning experiences. Students who can access an internet connection will utilize Schoology to access and complete assignments beginning February 1, 2021. As an alternative for those students who are unable to access an internet connection, paper-pencil packets will continue to be available. For those students who have occasional internet access, instructions are forthcoming regarding how to download materials so that assignments can be completed offline and uploaded at a later time.
Before your student will receive their device, the parent/guardian will need to sign the PCPS Device Agreement. Please see the link below to review the PCPS Device Agreement prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Copies will be provided at the time of pick for parent/guardian signature.
