What's your favorite thing about teaching?
The relationship and bonds I form with my students.
What project(s) are you most proud of so far this year?
Anything FCCLA. FCCLA week activities. FCCLA STAR Event winners and
their advancement to Nationals year after year. Even though I am not a part of
it, I really am proud of my students that were able to be included in the new
Culinary program by Delaware North offered at PCHS.
And, both of my Introduction to Culinary classes for having a 100% pass
rate on their Restaurant Server Certification from the American Hotel and
Lodging Association.
