Carly Cubbage, 4th grade student at Stanley Elementary, earned second place in the Virginia School Board Association’s Regional Art Contest. Carly’s work represented PCPS in the elementary division of the Spring Forum for the Valley Region. Each school division in the region may submit one art entry at the elementary, middle, and high school level for judging. There are fifteen school divisions within the Valley Region.
